Having used a sanataire and owning the Badger one would have to be ignorant to even suggest that an upright vacuum cleaner can outperform the Badger. I have on occasion actually swept up the debris after a "badgering" and it is substantial!

Dusting a rug is 80% of cleaning it.
With a Sanitaire vacuum even with the twin beater attachment installed can take
up to 4 hours on a 9 by 12 rug. But with a Rug Badger is can be done in well under 30 minutes. When you get busy you have the choice of better equipment or sending rugs back to your clients with dry particulate matter left in the foundation. Smart cleaners are dusting with a Rug Badger and vacuuming with a
Sanitaire. It gives the medium to large shop the best of both worlds.
Eye-opening statistics, for sure! I believe that the newer models of the Badger are even MORE efficient than stated above. I can hardly wait to obtain a Rug Badger of my own!
