 The reviewer Larry has retired his MasterBlend El Diablo as his main unit after only 1250 hours. To add insult to injury he replaced it with a Prochem Everest 650HP.

Issues included a rusting heater coil, excessive oil usage aftet only 500 hours, knocking sounds in the blower, a leaky pump, and 4 thermostats, and trouble starting the truckmount in warm weather. Even at the discounted prices I see on the internet a MasterBlend El Diablo costs about $13 per hour just for acquisition cost. In a day when truckmount operators expect years of reliable use I will let you decide if that is a good buy.
